For sportive guys, the apartments is located very close to polideportivo de Niquia, where you can practice a lot of sports.

Your own private room and bath has shared access to the entire apartment which includes a living room with sofa, kitchen (with all the appliances), balcony, laundry and cloth area, 4 pools (2 for adults and 2 for childrens) at the roof topof the building with its breathraking view of Medellin, sauna, turkish bath, synthetic field, parking lot, gym, BBQ deck.
The building has 56 commercial premises on its first floor, 3 spacious lobbies with access control entry, guarded 24 hours offering security to residents.
